Subramanyam Gorti, Founder & CEO, has been an accomplished leader & technology professional for 30 years in the IT industry. He has an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of IT support for businesses, both as a service provider for IT managed services and as an enterprise customer. With his longstanding experience in driving IT operations with people, process, and technology in leadership roles in leading companies like GE, Reliance, and IBM across different geographies, he is a proponent of standards-based computing and process-driven IT services. He extensively worked in end-to-end IT service management with frameworks such as ITIL, ISO/IEC, and Six Sigma, apart from cybersecurity, business continuity, and IS Lead Audit for effective governance, business compliance with privacy regulations, and mitigating risks to bring value to the business. He addressed the actual use of information technology in organisations by applying the frameworks and optimising delivery excellence with a focus on analysis, the design of processes, tailoring tool support, and setting up process-oriented organisations in the IT eco-system.
He is a postgraduate in commerce and management studies and a law graduate focusing on cyber legal consulting, cyber forensics, and legal research in the field of cyber laws with a Diploma in Cyber Laws.
